They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

I was disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are hiring staff that is incompetent. They only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
