To visit this dentist, there are plus and minus:

Plus: it is quite flexible, you can make appoint almost any time, she doesn't have many patients.
Minus: bad job and very expensive.

This Dr Cherng is the worst dentist I have ever met. I went to her clinic to get annual dental cleaning, she did not discuss with me and did all of image scanning, on which she over charged upon to my insurance's opinion. Secondly she told me I had a hole needed to be filled, and my insurance is so good and will covered most part of it, and I only need pay a couple of ten dollars, then it ended to fill two holes with most expensive materials. At the beginning I thought I wouldn't need fill it until next year, so that I can pay from my flexible account, but she tricked me with lower cost, because I have very good insurance. However, I got bill which it is 10 times more as the one she promised.

I started to argue with her, her attitude right away became very nasty, she said it is not her business, and I have signed an agreement that I should pay.

When I try to find a way to solve the problem, she refused to answer my phone and send a bill to a collector.

I strongly not recommend this dentist, she is not professional, her work is not good, and the money is her only concern. She did an excellent job to trick patients, and then be nasty by releasing her own angry, even though she seems super nice when you first met her. It is indeed a terrible experience to see a dentist like her.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
