My father-in-law who is 80 was visiting over the weekend from out of state. During a late dinner, he bit into corn and broke off his front tooth and swallowed it! He was so upset knowing that he'd have to spend the rest of the weekend without a front tooth. Dr Hahn had given his personal cellphone number to my husband several years ago. He called him at 7:30pm and Dr Hahn answered right away. He told my husband to send his dad to his office immediately. Within 2 hours, he had a new tooth made. Now that he is retired, my father-in-law travels all over the US. He said he'd be willing to fly back to have Dr Hahn take care of his teeth. My dentist wouldn't see him until Monday. Since then, I've changed my dentist to Dr Hahn.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience very comforting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about my families dental care. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My daughter had broken her front tooth in half during softball practice on a Friday late afternoon. I called many dentists around but most of them were not open or had closed for the day. Luckily, Dr Hahn had stayed late taking care of a prior emergency and answered my call. This was around 4pm. He said he was willing to see my daughter as soon as we could arrive. It took us 45 minutes from where we were yet he was very patient and professional in helping us out. My daughter was in a lot of pain and very scared about having to get shots or drilled. Dr Hahn immediately started to get my daughter out of pain by numbing her gums before giving her the injection. Too my surprise, my daughter didn't even flinch. She said she barely felt the needle. In less than 2 minutes, she was out of pain. Dr Hahn spent nearly an hour with us addressing all our concerns and options for treating my daughter's broken front tooth. He prescribed some medicine for her to take later that day and week. I thought I would have to wait until the end of the weekend to get any treatment done since it was already 6pm on a Friday night. Dr Hahn smiled, gave us his personal cellphone number and asked if we wouldn't mind coming in the next day Saturday for him to fix my daughter's tooth. That night my daughter felt just a little achy from the tooth being split open but the medicine really helped a lot. The next day, Dr Hahn met us at his office and spent most of the morning fixing my daughter's tooth. When she left she was out of pain and her tooth looked normal again. Dr Hahn recommended a follow up visit in about 2 weeks to make sure she was doing fine but he personally called me and talked to my daughter the following day to make sure she was out of pain. I've never known a healthcare provider to go so far as he did to make us feel cared for and understood. 2 weeks later he gave us a free follow up exam and told us all was doing well. I has since transferred from my previous dentist and moved myself and children to see Dr Hahn. At some point, I hope to convince my husband to see him as well. Thank you Dr Hahn for taking care of my family like no other healthcare professional I've ever known. Sincerely, Trudy Smith
