All of us have heard of doctors in the business of making money, not helping people and this office is NO DIFFERENT! I was declined service yesterday because my insurance won't cover a deep cleaning which cost $1 K. I was advised of this during my last visit. I received a text, email and voice messages indicated its time for my next appointment. I called to schedule - done. Not, 15 minutes later I received a call back indicating that my insurance would cover cleaning, but not an exam until after Aug. 1st. Fine, lets schedule after 8/1. The rep places me on hold to speak with a doctor, she comes back says "its fine come in". Once I'm there, Dr. Hill states I'm losing bone, my gums are deteriorating and all my teeth will loosen without a deep cleaning and its nothing they can do for me without $1 K. Does anyone know of a dentist who will help me within the confines of my insurance??

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. In addition, this business uses the latest in dental technology and keeps up to date with what is used in the industry. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I was very impressed with Dr. Baran and her staff. Amazing office, spa environment. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
