I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I refuse to ever go back to grand valley dental, even after i told them to use anestia they refused. they made me hold my daughter down while they tred to drill her teeth, they didnt explain anything they just kept saying there is nothing to be scared of i wouldn't give them any stars but its not an option.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

My family has been patients here for many years. When the original dentist who owned/operated the practice - things were good. Staff was friendly, outgoing and the front desk manager was great. When this dentist passed away ~ several dentists have come and gone. The officer manager was let go and new front desk people have also come and gone. There have been times we were "forgotten" and waited over an hour. The office has an upstairs and downstairs and communication is lacking between who goes where.
