The staff is not really friendly and the doctor never seems to be available. We are committed because we have already started treatment. They never bothered to tell us that they are always closed on Fridays, so if something happens with your braces on a Friday morning, you can't even talk to someone until Monday. This is really annoying, So basically he charges so much that he only has to work 4 days a week, and this means that his staff is part time so that he doesn't have to pay them benefits. No wonder they are discontented.

Their client base seems rude and discontented. I am beginning to understand that attitude now as we progress through our treatment. I don't think I would recommend this doctor nor do I think we will be doing phase 2 of our treatment there. It

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable?
Absolutely, it was fantastic!
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
