Everybody at Crown Point Dental is nice, friendly and helpful.You always feel welcomed and special and literally there is no wait at this office. Dr. Sheila is very professional and always gives you all the options you have. the most important thing that I like about her is that she is a good listener and comes up with the best treatment plan based on your need and budget.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of oral hygiene. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, I had to pay for parking!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. All the dentist cared about was the cosmetic part of the work, money hungery.

I am sorry that someone else felt like they had a bad experience, but I have been a patient at this office for over 4 years, and am quite satisfied. I have seen the staff and doctor go above and beyond for many of their patients. I highly recommend this practice.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. My teeth were whitened by them, and they only covered small areas of my teeyth maiing them look much owrse then before. OWRST DENTAL EXPREIENCE EVER, DO NOT GO THERE!
