I am filing a complaint with the dental board,my insurance company and am considering suing him for neglect of care.I was seen by this dentist 8/28/14,after xrays,it was determined I had an infection and was given an antibiotic and a 6 week f/u appointment!Had the rx filled,took one pill that evening(I got it filled later in the day)and another pill the next day( with food)Several hrs later I became very sick to the stomach and nauseous,called the dentist and was told he would not prescribe any other antibiotic and to go to Immediadent for further treatment!!!!!He bordered on rude and had no regard for the infection..He will be hearing from and about me,of this I can promise.DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

They are a bunch of crooks. They charged me for services that should be covered by my insurance. I found out and contested the charges and they were rude and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint through my insurance provider and credit card company. I wouldn't go here unless you want to get robbed!

Dr Mazzotta was my Dentist when I was a child. I am now 47 yrs old and I still have the original fillings on my teeth he put in 38 yrs ago. My current dentist in NY told me today that if it was not for the great dental care I had as a child I probably would not have teeth today as diabetes has attacked the gums. So many thanks to you Dr. Mazzotta.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Do NOT, repeat DO NOT go here......he pulled a tooth on the other side of my mouth without numbing. Staff and provider was the worst I have ever seen. No compassion and refused to fix my issue I can in for. Top left tooth hurt all weekend. Came to this office and they took an x-ray and numbed top left of my mouth, and within seconds pulled a tooth on the top right of my mouth. Office stated it needed pulled anyway; FALSE.just had that tooth fixed and had no issues. Office refused to admit any wrong doing and had the gaul to think I would come back the next day for the correct tooth? CRAZY....STAY AWAY!!!!
