This was at the Moore office off of I-35. First time my 5 year old child had fillings, and the dental hygienist did not numb her gums with swab before giving her the shots in her mouth. My daughter screamed and screamed. She was so upset, the dentist could not work on her. I was so shocked and furious. My son had work the same day, but his mouth was numbed with medicine on swab before shots .He was fine and felt no pain. I am very disappointed, and I am not sure if I will return to their office after that experience. Hopefully my daughter will not be traumatized from here on out when I take her to get her teeth done.

There are several issues with this depot.

1.) The waiting times are very long. I waited about ~50 minutes for a scheduled appointment, but only 30 minutes for a walk in. Odd. Additionally, there was a patient before me that ended up leaving because they waited so long.

2.) The procedure. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It was only after they had to redo the ORIGINAL procedure that they decided to be extremely nice and explain each step they were doing. Patient communication is SO important, and that was definitely lacking the first time around. No amount of free gifts are going to change my opinion of them. I spent >2x the amount of time that I should have for my procedure. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Long waits. My son got braces there from Dr. Cody. Some of the staff was incredibly rude to him, telling him to suck it up when it comes to the pain. Dr. Cody herself told him to "man up" when he was complaining of pain. These people made my son cry several times, and he's a 10 -year-old boy who wouldn't dream of crying in front of other people. Obviously, they have no business working with children. Also, as far as the financial end of the situation goes, the billing department didn't have their facts together. I received several invoices for all different amounts, and none of them were in synch with the amount we had in the signed contract. Horrible experience. We will not be going there again.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
