I was a new patient for Dr. Cross and had heard he was a fine dentist. Upon going to my initial visit for xray I was charged over $100.00 which I was ok with. I was then told to surgically remove my wisdom tooth it would be $240.00. When i went to get my extraction (surgical extraction) he gave me a shot to numb the pain, used a tool to loosen the tooth, and pulled it out with his finger. No cutting, stitching, or anything surgical. He still charged the $240.00 even after I argued. Swindled.
