They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They were decent, but not very affordable

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
