I love Dr. Vincent and the staff. I had a frightful pediatric dentist that almost ruined me for life. I didn't see a dentist for years because I was terrified, only daring to make an appointment when the nightmares about my teeth falling out were worse than the fear of the dentist. Dr. Vincent came to my work place to meet me when my coworker told him about me so I could meet him on neutral ground. The terror at the thought of dental work hasn't gone away, but it's much better, thanks to Dr. Vincent and his staff. When I went in recently, I had a broken piece on my tooth. Instead of making me make another appointment and stew about having to go back in, he fixed it on the spot. It was the best experience with a dentist I've ever had.

I called Dr. Vincent's office in Dec. 2011 to see it they would cover cleanings and x-ray's at 100% with my insurance. They took my information and said they would. Then I got a $240 bill because my insurance didn't cover it. I called them to ask about it and they said they don't cover it at 100%. They said they are sorry someone lied to me and then I asked to speak to the dentist and then they just hung up on me.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

This office is horrible. They lie to customers about insurance coverage. They are crooks, trying to make money and set up as many appointments as possible without letting the customers know they they will not be covered.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
