I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Doctor Victor Schwartz is simply the best dentist I've ever had. I've been going to him almost exclusively for 15 years. Once when he was no vacation, I went to someone else and totally regretted it because it seems that every other dentist out there just wants to rip you off and do as much work as possible to run up the bill. Dr. Schwartz is reasonable and cautious about doing expensive work, and he doesn't charge too much for anything. He is also the most pleasant and non-arrogant person you will ever meet, a peach of a guy who makes everyone comfortable.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
