They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only have the crowns & fillings I got last for a long time, they have lasted way longer than they are supposed to. Dr Mattson and his staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment, maybe that's why I have been going there for almost 30 years!!! All of my questions are always answered and explained in depth. I am usually seen almost as soon as I walk in the door. I don't have to reorganize my day around my appointment , they always make it easy for me. If you go to this office you'll see what I mean!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.
