Dr. Knox was incarcerated for 90 days for not paying child support for his two yr old child. He was released 07/12. He closed his office to collect Ssi and not pay support. Good luck getting you're dental records.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door.
