my husband was using a partial denture which all of a sudden it broke
so he decided to visit a dentist to figure out what should he do.
at the Dr's office he realized his dentist gonna be Dr Grewal
she told my husband we cant fix the broken partial denture so we will replace it by a new one
my husband told her :i would like to do implant as soon as possible im really tired of using denture so she referred my husband to another Dr for implantation then she told him meanwhile your implantation process moves forward lets make a temporarily partial denture so u can use it temporarily! in this period
my husband asked her :as long as its gonna be temporarily do you think its better to attach the broken one together instead of making a new one because i dont want to pay extra cash for something that gonna be temporarily!! she told :no we cant fix the broken one so we will make a new one
after a few days they sent us a bill which showed they used an expensive material for that temporarily partial denture which it was not covering by my husbands insurance!!!! without discussing anything to my husband to see if he accepts to pay that much money for a something that would use it for a short period of time only!!
the insurance told my husband we will pay for that but your doctor should write us that the reason she replaced your partial denture was because it was broken
his Doctor never accepted to write anything to solve the problem and my husband was surprised why this Doctor is acting so weird!!!!
what is the reason she is not writing to his insurance that :
"the partial denture was broken that's the reason why we replaced it!!!"
instead ,she and the rude secretory of the office just were yelling at my husband that you have to pay it ,we dont want to talk to your insurance or write down anything!!
my husband told them let me again talk to my insurance because in my contract it written that they are pay for my partial denture
and the secretory again yelled at my husband : nooo you should pay it right now!! and didnt let my husband finish it and hanged up the phone!!
sooooooo unprofessional sooo disappointing
