I have been visiting this office since 1979, never a problem. Dr Hoelzel is GREAT and very accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make one feel special. They really care about their clients. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers. The staff is amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
