Was this provider's office clean?
Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Thief. The younger Dr. Eckman is the worst dentist I've ever had the misfortune to see. He screwed up and charged me an outrageous price for making a problem worse instead of better. His suggestion: "You'll just have to cut your lossess" and pay him $100s more for another shot at fixing what he screwed up.
