Dr. Bryan and his staff are wonderful, friendly, kind, and efficient. Office visits are thorough but not lengthy. They are also great with children - my kids look forward to visiting.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
