Questionable billing practices and charges.
If you have dental coverage, you will find that they add additional costs above covered amounts and claim "that this is what they do".

Quality of work is also questionable in terms of length of time to completion, fit and comfort.

If used, get a statement of costs up front and preauthorization from your carrier.....find out what is charged, covered and what is your responsibility....in writing. Staff may need a lot more training.
