Went to this dentist on two ocassions and would tell anyone NOT to see this provider at anytime.

First visit is the typical one for people with insurance - nearly two dozen xrays as a way to build up the claim and a staff that knows the game, but doesn't care.

Second was for a root canal. There's a window for how long the numbness lasts and the patient doesn't feel what's happening. Twice during the procedure, the nurse hads the doctor the wrong tool and twice the procedure is stopped so he can spend time chewing her out. First is that a really professional thing to do in front of a patient and right in the middle of a procedure. Next, each discussion lasted a few minutues and the window on the numbness closed on this dentist.

After trying other dental practises in the area, my 2 visits there were completely not only satisfactory, but lived up to the expectations I would expect from a well trained and experienced doctor, such as Dr. Suher. The office was clean and customer friendly, and the staff was awesome. I left the office after treatment feeling restored and confident in the skills this office imparted. I would definitely recommend Dr. Suher and his team to anyone. He is more than reasonably priced and well worth more than he charges - truly a 'dentist for the masses'
