My appointment always begins promptly when I arrive. I never have to sit more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Bender and the staff, especially the hygienist, are friendly and efficient

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
