Dr Thompson has an excellent bedside manner. Gentle, thorough. He explains things and consistently checks as he goes to make sure the patient is okay. His staff is acceptable - no more no less, no complaints. I highly recommend his team if you are looking for a new dentist in the area.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
