I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely average, and the waiting room was tiny, but I was comfortable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.
