I have been going to Dr. Bucher for over a decade now, he has been my dentist and our family dentist for my 4 children. I enjoy the personal attention we get from his office and the quality of his work. I have had routine dental work and several crowns from Dr. Bucher and have been very satisfied over many years.

Dr. Bucher takes great personal interest in his patients. He takes time with each and truly focuses on each one. He takes pains to make sure that they are comfortable with their treatment and understanding of the options. He is technically astute and quick to recommend others for procedures that he does not perform regularly.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were late a few times to my appointments. Invoices were available immediately and cost could be accurately determined in advance. Dr Bucher goes to great effort to keep his patients comfortable; their pain distresses him. After about 25 years with this dentist I can attest that his work stands the test of time.
