I had a wonderful experience here. The teacher is very well informed and has a lot of experience. This class is great for whatever you want to work on, whether it is health or just personal balance. I highly recommend it for first timers and advance yoga students.

I have studied yoga in many big cities yet the personal care and attention from Sadhu's yoga studio is unbeatable! Great for beginners and advanced students. Sadhu can also customize the practice and taylor it to your needs.

I started attending Sadhu's classes over two years ago to try to help relieve some shoulder and back pain. Not only is my back completely better now but, I have also found this Yoga to be a huge stress reliever. I carry the peace and tranquility from learning this practice into my everyday life and can cope with lifes pressures much easier now. It HAS brought me closer to balance, flexability, mobility, and the ability to live a more stress-free lifestyle!
