Connie is good at performing Yoga poses, but is often times unprofessional. If you're looking to get into yoga for your first time, DO NOT let this be your first experience. Connie is very friendly and charming, but has no problem crossing over into inappropriate practices that is counter intuitive to the teachings and practices of yoga. Although she can do the most poses well, and is mostly helpful with the advanced stuff, she lacks the mental capacity needed to be a strong leader in this field. For the price, and the inconvenient hours, you're better off just getting any random Yoga DVD, or paying 10 bucks at Yoga and Moore.

Connie teaches yoga well, but if you take lessons from her don't give her your phone number or email. She will call you and gossip about other students. She will tell you that you are the only one that she can trust, but she does this to many students. She will make you promise not to tell anyone she calls you. As soon as you quit attending class she will stock and harass you. (This is especially true for her belly dance students.)

Connie is a fine yoga instructor, but her personality is why I will not set foot in her studio again. She's a below average belly dance instructor too. Don't settle for her classes because they're local - make the trip to Omaha or Sioux Falls for good instruction.
