I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more.
