They are very good at what they do, and are able to tailor their instruction to help class members with injuries, without disrupting anyone else in the class. I was impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they were. Not only were they respectful and friendly, they put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
