Last summer I called Christine to tell her that I felt like my body was broken. My back was weakened after a long recuperation from a broken arm. Combined with having plantar fasciitis in both feet and a tear in the tendon in my ankle, I was quite discourage.

When Christine suggested that I take her Ease of Movement class on Zoom, I was hesitant because I wanted in-person instruction. I have been taking these classes via Zoom since last July and my life feels so much better! Most of my days are pain free, and my whole body moves so much more freely than it has in decades.

With the focus on small movements, I've learned to stop pushing through pain. This in itself has been a huge breakthrough for me.

Because I don't have to leave the house to go to class, I rarely miss a class.

I told my son last night that starting these classes was the best thing that happened in 2020!
