By far the best yoga studio in Hampton Roads. The teachers are incredible and i have never had a bad experience here. The studio is clean the staff is professional and the yoga instruction is OUTSTANDING!

I strongly recommend Chesapeake Hot Yoga. There are so many classes to choose from. I felt comfortable as the instructors were friendly and really know yoga. I am a beginner but after just a few weeks of classes I feel like a whole new person.
