Dr. Lyell is a very warm and caring person and helped me deal with my anxiety issues. I would recommend her and did not run into any problems with scheduling or rescheduling. There is a 24 hour notice policy as with most doctors but there are exceptions for emergencies.

Dr. Lyell is a very kind and compassionate therapist. She can be strict with her policies for rescheduling (she generally gives you a freebie if you miss and then will charge your full appointment fee if you miss again without calling a day in advance). She always remembers what's going on with me and gives good and helpful therapeutic "homework." I've been seeing her for a couple of years now and she has helped me in challenging my negative thought patterns and restructuring my thinking in a positive way.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I tried to make an appointment with her, which was near impossible since she never answers her phone, you have to leave a message and eventually she will call you back. I made an appointment and that day my son was in a car accident and I was unable to make it so I called to reschedule and she refused to reschedule was rigid, judgmental and uncaring and I hadn't even made it into the office so I suppose I should be lucky to have dodged a bullet with a truley horrendous therapist.

Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. Not only did they not rush my appointment, they even let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
