I saw Amy Klein Zeff for three sessions. She nodded off several times during our time together. She'd startle awake and say, "How did that make you feel?" When I told her I didn't want to schedule another appointment with her, she said, "There is just so much to unpack with you, we need more sessions." She sent me a $200 bill for an appt. I never made or attended. If you are looking for a good therapist, keep looking.

I finally felt that I found a therapist who truly listened to me and was able to help me understand the workings of my whole system and mind in how to cope and get over the issues bringing me to therapy but inspire me to find a deeper purpose towards my life.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Amy Zeff created a safe and growing environment for me. She was easy to reach if I needed to talk after hours. She is a true professional with the added bonus of warmth and care.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The office was easy enough to find.
