I was a patient of Dr. Jensen for 5 years and would still be if I did not move out of state. It took me a couple of sessions to get comfortable enough to open up to her but this had nothing to do with her. It is just how I am. Anyways, once I did open up and start discussing with my issues I did see improvement. It took about a year to a year an half before I really started to see changes in the way I approached my issues and started thinking of myself. Dr. Jensen always encouraged me and helped me a lot with my self esteem. I learned how to make better choices. My relationships with men and with my family improved. I would recommend her to anyone.

great woman. I always left feeling better than when I went. I have been to others over the years that never helped. I wasn't going to go because I lost belief. She is awesome.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I only spoke to Phyllis Jenkins on the phone. I never met her. She agreed to treat me via phone(I have Agoraphobia) for whatever medicare paid, I told her I could NOT afford to pay a co-pay! She sent me a bill for over $900.00! Each session only lasted about 20 mins. I called her office spoke with Phyllis Jenkins she said she remembered the agreement and would talk to her billing person. I stopped the phone calls till this was settled, The next thing I found out was she sent a bill to collection. I don't even know what she looks like! That is why I writting this letter. After trying to settle this with her and her staff. I feel she has been unprofessional, and has taken advantage of me and medicare.
