Tetty is the best therapist I've ever seen. I saw two before her, and she was the one I stayed with for three years. She was wise, patient, undertanding, and sympathetic.

The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
