Unprofessional and not to be trusted.

Not recommended!!!!
This psychiatrist was highly recommended for my wife by our family doctor after years of trying to get her to open up to the idea to talk to someone. My wife was reluctant to make an appt but finally did and was actually getting excited to finally talk to someone. The appt time came and went with no phone call (with Covid, the appt was to be done remotely.)
My wife received a text message the following day from her stating she didn't charge her phone.
My wife is left more traumatized than ever before because she feels that she doesn't matter. Now she refuses to ever open up again to anyone.
If a doctor that was so highly renowned can treat her like this, then there is no hope of ever finding anyone to help her.

Gony is by far the best counselor I have ever encountered, and I have been to my fair share over the past 15 years. I would highly recommend anyone to make an appointment with her if you are looking to tackle the truth and root of your issues. If I still lived in MA I would most definitely be seeing her.
