I was very pleased with the way my therapy went. I may have begun an appointment distraught, but then was able to relax and have a productive session with Joe. I found everyone in the office to be very considerate and kind. I never had to wait more then a few minutes for an appointment. The office was extremely polite and considerate. I especially appreciated the flexibility in appointments and how they were willing to work with my schedule. I was going through a very difficult time in my life. I really don't know how I would have gotten through it w/o Joe Dragun's expertise, kindness, and encouragement. On all points, I would highly recommend.

Before going to Joe I was a complete wreck. I was suffering from severe PTSD and depression, and was pretty much completely non-functional.

My quality of life has improved dramatically as a direct result of therapy with Joe. I really cannot overstate how glad I am that I went here. Joe himself has the patience of a saint (which is good, because initially I argued more than anything), the staff is incredibly warm and kind, and the other therapist are incredibly personable.

Simply put, they are astonishingly committed to the principle of helping people. I have never seen anyone go the extra mile as much as Joe and the others at his office go. I simply could not recommend this place highly enough.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how nice it smelled. No odors or overpowering perfumes that I have found in other offices. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am never cancelled on last minute and they are always extremely reliable.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I left my appointment feeling very hopeful and optimistic. I was very pleased with the way it went. Their office was extremely easy to locate. The staff were open and friendly and knowledgeable. They returned phone calls promptly

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
