Katy is the best therapist I have ever been to. She is so genuine and down to earth, a great listener and always has wonderful feedback. She went above and beyond to help me through my issues. I HIGHLY recommend Katy Wait.

My wife and I went to Ms. Wait seeking help with our marriage. I found her to be more interested in talking than in listening, that she was quite willing to skip over things that I found important, and that she seemed to either have a script that she was working off of or an agenda that she was sticking to. In 3 sessions there was no headway made. She is very uninterested in listening to the reasons as to why we ended up in marriage counseling, and more interested in trying to get us to just "move on".

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
