Defensive. Hyper. Intolerant. Jumps to conclusions. Cross-transference problem. Aggressive - very scary. Escalates. Yells. Arrogant. Narcissistic. Should not be allowed near vulnerable people seeking help. Surprised she's still at it since insurance rules changed in 1990's.
