Totally satisfied with jennifer. ALWAYS reurned my calls, so kind and compassionate, geuine and sincere and present. I have tried a few over the years before her and found her to be so comforting and helpful! Don't listen to these other reviews! There are other therapists in the building and i can't possibly imagine she is the same person. There is no doubt in my mind she does this job because she cares about people but hello people - it is a business! When i forget an appointment i do pay her for it. Not an unprofessional bone in her body!

Extremely unprofessional therapist who seems to only do this for the money. Will not return phone calls and constantly questions my child about sexual abuse when it is not an issue.

She was very nice in person and seemed understanding and compassionate during sessions. We had sessions over many months, some as a family, mostly individual sessions with our teen. We paid our bill promptly and did not ask for attention outside of sessions, except for one crisis situation. Our phone calls during this crisis were not returned. After 1 or 2 more sessions we stopped going because of the unreturned phone calls and also because it became clear in discussions with our child that the counselor was pursuing goals with our child that had never been discussed with us as parents. We felt that our goals and values as parents were disrespected. We got mixed results here. Proceed with caution would be my advice.

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
