I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They've always been on time for my appointments. They've never kept me waiting. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Yes, I was scared to say anything
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
No, they could have used some continuing education
