When I go in for my appointment, they always are able to pick up right where we left off at my last appointment. It's nice not to have to constantly remind them and it makes me feel like they really listen to me while I'm there. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
Dr. Goldberg is always on time and he is willing to talk to you on the phone whenever you need him. He was in the hospital 1 week... he called me from the hospital just to check-in and make sure everything was okay. He's really good.
