Unprofessional communication- Mr. Mayer mislead me for an entire week of communication that he was accepting new clients. In his first email he told me that he is accepting new patients, and we were communicating for a few days, when suddenly he changed his mind, and told me that he does not accept new clients. Every time when we emailed, he would find some reason to not commit to an appointment with him. I am on Medicare and Medicaid and my payments were going to be guaranteed for his services, but because he was not aware of that particular insurance set up, he decided at the end to turn me down, wasting a whole of communication with him, and leading me on. So unprofessional!!!!
