He also has an office at 779 Carroll Street in Brooklyn.
I have never met him in person. I only spoke with him once on the phone for a few minutes. I found him to be incompassionate and close-minded for someone who is in the mental health field. I was trying to make an appointment for someone I love. He did not want to listen to me about the circumstances or why I was making the call. He told that he had bad experiences with a third party making an appointment and cut me off. I sensed that he was aggravated.
I have encountered other social workers, who wanted the patient to make the call his/herself, but they were nice about it.
