Lydia is an outstanding psychotherapist. A true healer. I can't say enough about how much she helped me overcome incapacitating emotional trauma that has been with me for years. She is incredibly attuned, deeply empathic, present, creative and compassionate. I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity of working with her.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
