I have been seeing Rachel on a regular basis for over 2 years now. I can say without hesitation that she has changed my life. Through her patient, kind and empathetic approach I have discovered the source of my unhappiness and I am well on my way to feeling whole again.

I see life differently now. I am responsible for my actions, my anger is gone, I understand how to handle the ups and downs, and I have learned to love myself and others without conditions.

A continual work in progress, my fear of facing life is gone now and it is a joy to live again. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone seeking their own path to change and to those who seek an understanding and caring listener.
