Kelly is absolutely amazing. I have never met a therapist like her. She is down to earth and you feel like you are talking with a long time friend. I forget why I am really there when I go. Yet she helps me work on myself. I can't even find all of the appropriate words to describe her. If you give Kelly a chance to help you with whatever issues you may be going through you will not regret it. It feels natural to talk to her.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months (years even) since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
