No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
