Deb Demarco has been an invaluable resource and asset to my healing process. I really appreciate the safe, non-judgemental environment she fosters and her ability to listen in a compassionate and fully present way. Beyond that, on a practical level she has helped me to develop coping and problem solving strategies that make my day to day life easier and reduce a lot of stress. I highly recommend her.
