Karen and i have developed a great patient/therapist relationship. She has helped me tremendously with things i struggle with. She listens and shares similar situations she has experienced in her life and how they relate to mine. She gives me homework and things to work on until our next session. She is very knowledgeable and uses that knowledge and experience to guide me and things improve. My mother and wife know when i have not seen her in a few weeks because my mood is off. I highly recommend her services. Very down to earth and unpretentious.
